Actually I did get up but that is besides the point. On my birthday morning I took a mad tumble down the stairs. Talk about crazy fun and I wasn't even drunk like last year!! Ha!
One minute I'm coming down the stairs and the next minute I'm sailing through the air and since I had a bunch of stuff in my hands my knees broke my fall. I'll spare you the pictures of the bruises and scrapes but I'm fine and Baby T is fine and that is all that matter. I think we gave P. a straight heart attack, who almost busted HIS ass flying down the stairs to see what the hell that big crash was.
As for the birthday, it was nice and mellow with lots of chocolate cupcakes and shopping in the city. I'm pregnant ya know, those days of Grey Goose and cranberry are long gone. Well at least until next year. :)
Speaking of the future I dreamed about Baby T for the first time yesterday. She was asking me to make her a PBJ and her hair was super curly. I don't remember much else but I thought that was funny.

I know I'm lucky to have had a relatively easy pregnancy. Although I've been dealing with some minor aches and pains, I think altogether pregnancy agrees with me. I know things could be way worse so I can take the bloody gums, nose bleeds and sore joints as long as the stretch marks stay the eff away and my ass doesn't reach the epic porportions that my boobs have acheived. Now if I could just cut the rest of the stress out of my life then all would be peachy (ahem someone remind why I decided to back to school?). Even though time is flying I'm still feeling like I have plenty of time to get everything done, which means I'm procrastinating . The nursery is coming together quite nicely and I still need a few odds and ends but every time I walk in there I get a calmness and smile that everything looks so girly and clean.
The next appointment is March 31st so hopefully we'll have new ultrasound pics to pour over. Other than that, it's one day at a time and onward we go.

Vickie and Mike (aka the grandparent) stopped by over the weekend to check out the progress on the nursery and came bearing gifts. Baby T has another cute outfit to wear now.

Baby T received her second gift yesterday when a mysterious box arrived bearing our names. P. was convinced I signed up up for some spam list, and I was convinced it was a box with anthrax or something in it!
Upon opening we found the cutest most softest present EVER. So thanks Jilly, we are so lucky to have you in our lives!
